DCXa     Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Company (“Diverse Capital of Asiatic Exchanges”) DCXa accept the right to refund to all the clients where transactions associated to DCXa token has not been yet processed or does not reach at the final status. Company does not entertain the refund or cancellation for any successful order. Once the user placed the buy order, the amount chosen respected order transferred immediately in the seller accounts and such transactions cannot be reversed.

On the other hand, once the user adds funds to his DCXa wallet, he has option to withdraw his money in partial or full part in accordance to withdraw limit.

Excess refund in the originality paid amount is not considered and in case of refund, users will be notified by sending email from DCXa at user’s registered email address at DCXa system

In the case of refund (funds or crypto tokens), user should connect with DCXa with the request in written format at company email address support@dcxa.io with the request of refunds along with transaction ID or number for which refund has initiated.

Please note that refund request required 24 hours to be processed from the request initiation. We receive the request from the users.

All the information related to refund request are verified by DCXa

• Once the account is closed, company required five business days to refund back to the clients
• DCXa has full control over on funds; user information which may handover to government authority in event of any fraudulent arises during investigation. Breaking rules is the violation of company policy and payment will not be refund until the dispute is resolved.
• In the case of positive decision, funds will be transferred to the user through the same method and same bank that user has used to make first transaction with DCXa

In case of refund, DCXa can ask to submit additional documents such as identity card, payment order and other document as proof of the document

User must provide correct information relating to the failed transaction. DCXa is not responsible for any transaction failed due to client error or due to providing mislead information.

Please note that in case of incorrect personal details specified by the customer while making the payment, the cost and charges incurred during the process of refund shall be exclusively reimbursed by the Customer.

User cannot request for refund incase of crypto token purchase If user buy crypto token and invoice has been generated and user has created an invoice to sale for purchased currency.

Price of crypto token is changing constantly so there may be difference between the values while purchasing and time of sale.

DCXa has reserved the right to make changes in the refund policy including any changes made by law. If user does not agree with all the possible changes, he/ she should stop to use DCXa service immediately.
